The VERAQIS tools are in active development and may contain defects, change without notice, or be discontinued. They are provided as-is and as-available.
VERAQIS attempts to recover only data that the surviving bytes can prove, and abstains otherwise. It makes no promise that any particular file, byte, row or object can be recovered or repaired. A result of "unrecoverable" or "unknown" is a valid outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERAQIS and its authors are not liable for any loss of or damage to data, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the software or this site — even where a result is reported as recovered. You are responsible for keeping backups.
Use the tools only on data you own or are authorised to process. The tools do not, and you must not attempt to use them to, break encryption, recover passwords, or bypass access controls or rights restrictions. Encrypted content is detected and abstained.
VERAQIS is a software utility. Nothing it outputs and nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.
VERAQIS product source is not distributed through this website. Release packages may include third-party open-source components; the license notices shipped with those packages govern those components. Every current Recovery capability is available without an entitlement during public beta. Offline signed-license infrastructure is under development for a later commercial release; any later commercial terms will be published before entitlement enforcement is activated.
The software and site are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These terms may change as the beta evolves; the current version always lives on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
