VERAQIS / Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026 · applies to the VERAQIS beta

The short version: the VERAQIS tools run on your device, process your files locally, and send no telemetry. This website is fully static — no cookies, no analytics, no trackers.

1. Your files

VERAQIS tools open the files you point them at read-only and process them locally on your device. Your file contents are not transmitted to us or to any third party. The tools make no network calls in the course of analysis, recovery or verification.

2. Telemetry & analytics

There is no telemetry. The applications do not collect usage statistics, crash pings, device identifiers, or behavioural data. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts.

3. This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party scripts, and includes no tracking pixels. Standard web-server access logs (if any) are kept by whoever hosts the site and are outside the scope of the applications.

4. Licensing

No license file is required during public beta. Future Recovery and Fleet license validation is designed to run offline against a signed file; it will not contact a server, create an account or transmit information about you.

5. Reports & diagnostics

Reports you generate are written to locations you choose and stay on your device unless you share them. By design, reports and benchmark artifacts record hashes, byte offsets, format metadata and quality metrics — not your raw file contents.

6. Contacting us

If you email support@veraqis.tech, we receive the information you choose to send (your address and message). We use it only to respond. Please do not send sensitive or irreplaceable files.

7. Children

VERAQIS is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children.

8. Changes

As beta software evolves, this policy may change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. If a future feature would collect or transmit any data, it will be disclosed before it ships and will not be enabled silently.
